Finally, before leaving I spent a little more time shopping in Tokyo as I was learning at the Tokyo-Edo Museum because they have such a plethora of cool, tiny stuff.
Cute, or as the Japanese call it "sugoi",is an important word in the Japanese language and is commonly heard in conversation. The culture is engrained with bucket loads of cute little toys among other things and even the dolls that protect children have a cute factor reminiscent of a Pokemon character. I just love this stuff and loaded up on it because the colors and... the weirdness was over the top.
